Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a part-time Stylist in Sarasota (Store 2539-University Town Center) to be a brand ambassador, offering personalized styling guidance and product knowledge to help customers express their authentic selves.

You will listen to customers, share recommendations, and build relationships on the sales floor while collaborating with team to meet daily goals. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
