LOFT in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to be the ultimate brand ambassador and guide customers through their shopping journey. You will keep the store looking beautiful, organize merchandise, and collaborate with your team to create personalized experiences.

Responsibilities include connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, driving loyalty, and maintaining high visual/operational standards. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
