Job summary

Ann Taylor in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Stylist to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering personalized styling guidance and product knowledge to help customers express their authentic selves.

You will listen to customer needs, guide selections, and collaborate with your team to meet store goals while maintaining exceptional service and visuals across in-store and omnichannel touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
