Knitwell Group is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers at Store 3022-Palm Beach Outlets in West Palm Beach, FL. You will guide shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations, keep the sales floor organized, and help create an inviting omnichannel experience.

You will listen to customer needs, share product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
Hospitable, engaging with customers.
Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
