Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking stylists in California who will act as trusted style advisors both in-store and online. You’ll complete Nordstrom’s training, learn about emerging trends, product knowledge, and digital engagement strategies, and grow toward enhanced premium styling opportunities.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, sell across departments, and leverage appointments and digital tools to grow your personal styling business within Nordstrom's framework.

Responsibilities

• Offer confident, honest feedback to help customers choose pieces that complement their style.
• Create connections using in-store interactions and Nordstrom apps to inspire customers and share curated looks.
• Drive results by growing predictable sales through outreach and appointment setting during events and non-event periods.
• Be a trusted partner by following up after purchases, inviting customers to events, and introducing them to Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and ensure a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Sell across departments to gain exposure to new styles and customers.
