Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and proactive follow-up, anticipating client needs and recommending products for occasions and holidays.
• Style clients in-store and at home, advise on wardrobe and fit, and leverage alterations to support sales.

• Share fashion trends and selling initiatives, support store service standards, and build relationships with designers and buyers.
