Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1+ year related experience.
• Minimum 18 years old; 21 in Louisiana.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee online order preparation and ensure accurate item selection.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented interactions by phone and in‑person.
• Maintain product knowledge and food safety standards for quality and freshness.
• Store orders at proper temperature and retrieve before pickup.
• Ensure accurate checkout totals by weighing, pricing, and scanning items.
• Maintain documentation for curbside procedures and report feedback to management.
• Identify out-of-stocks and suggest substitutions and advertised items.
