Job description

Position Summary

This role involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet membership goals.

Ensures the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, following steel standards, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling and scanning items, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock items.

Completes work assignments by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, communicating progress, and seeking continuous improvement.

Provides excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with their needs, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's offerings. Complies with all policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
