Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Develops and supports Membership: Provides information on Membership benefits, promotes the value of Company products and services, processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participates in sales and marketing events, and works towards Membership goals.
2. Maintains Facility Safety: Follows all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling and disposal, and reports unsafe conditions to management.
3. Fulfills Member Orders: Manages Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock items to meet Member needs.
4. Completes Work Assignments: Uses policies, data, and resources; collaborates with team members and partners; prioritizes tasks; communicates progress; seeks improvements; and adapts to change and feedback.
5. Provides Member Service: Acknowledges Members, assesses needs, assists with purchases, locates merchandise, resolves issues, and promotes products and services. Adheres to company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.
