Job summary

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of the products and services
• Processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and pulling items from shelves
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and assisting with purchasing decisions
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and Open Door Policy
• Serves customers and members by delivering results and ensuring customer-focused service
