Job summary

Walmart Fort Worth is seeking a team member to develop and support Membership by informing Members about benefits, processing Memberships and upgrades, and participating in sales events to promote value.

The role includes handling order fulfillment, assisting Members with purchases, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with store teams to meet Membership goals and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Completes work by fulfilling orders: pulling items, scanning, wrapping and packing, and ensuring invoice accuracy.
• Maintains facility safety by following safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Promotes Walmart products and services during sales events and supports Membership goals.
