Qualifications

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on membership benefits and promoting value of products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps and proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, reviews orders, pulls items, scans, wraps and pallets, and ensures accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Delivers great Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and supporting product promotions.
• Complies with policies, ethics and integrity, open-door policy, and teamwork to achieve objectives.
