Giant Eagle, Inc. is seeking a Personal Shopper for the Curbside Team located in New Kensington, PA. You will deliver exceptional, one-to-one service by selecting, bagging and staging orders while assisting guests with curbside pickups and deliveries.

This entry-level role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a friendly, proactive attitude to delight guests and support fellow team members in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience required: 0 to 6 months
• Education desired: No High School diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Display a passion about shopping for others (shop as though you are shopping for someone you love) and understand the store and vast array of product offerings.
• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
• Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
• Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up and delivery orders.
• Provide assistance with online grocery customers via the phone and in-person.
• Inspire your fellow Team Members and our guests with a willingness to go the 'Extra Mile' to provide the best service
• Demonstrate proficiency and efficient use of technology, including the Internet
• Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency while performing job tasks
• Proficient use of mobile phone apps and texting
