This is a full-time (35 hours per week), on-site role located in Lancaster, CA, for a Personal Service Coordinator - ASW. The role starts at $34.00 per hour. The Personal Service Coordinator will provide case management, counseling, and support services to clients. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating services, crisis intervention, documenting client progress, collaborating with healthcare providers, and advocating for client needs.
