  • Create and process detailed Annual Reviews from Excel templates
  • Maintain suspense files to track correspondence and required follow-ups
  • Monitor EPIC activities and ensure timely completion of Annual Review requests
  • Collaborate with team members on departmental projects and initiatives
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately
  • Must be punctual and available for scheduled work shifts
  • Experience with workflow management and communication in a team setting
  • Completion of mandatory internal training modules
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other relevant software tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an account support or coordination role
  • Familiarity with insurance industry practices and terminology
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to assist with training efforts when needed
