Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Personal Property Program Analyst II to join the DoD inventory management team at JEB Little Creek – Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA. The role requires SECRET clearance and hands-on experience with property accountability, receipts, inventories, and data systems.

You will help enforce personal property policies, guide property managers and custodians, support disposition and R-Supply, and ensure proper processing of receipts, transfers, and documents.

Qualifications

• Forklift license required.
• Minimum five years of warehousing and inventory management experience within the DoD.
• Must meet requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in official duties.

• Process receipts of incoming material, schedule and perform personal property Inventories, and manage database.
• Assists in policy enforcement related to personal property management program. Provide guidance and support to personal property managers and custodians, assist with personal property disposition, and R-Supply.
• Ensures correct processing and forwarding of receipt, transfer, and disposition of supporting documents.

• Maintain forklift license up to 10,000lb capacity.
• Minimum five years of warehousing and inventory management experience within the DoD.
• Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in their official duties.
