Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Verify accuracy of all incoming policies, update changes in EPIC.
  • Notify the company of correct information and request necessary updates.
  • Prepare policies for mailing to Personal Lines Account Managers.
  • Assist Account Managers with mailings, keying changes, and follow-up lists.
  • Enter customer data into Atlas/SinglePoint/Carrier Rating/MSB systems to support staff and sales.
  • Set up insurance binders, RMV forms, and prepare applications and policy forms.
  • Review download lists daily, ensure invoicing, and verify commission accuracy.
  • Handle company downloads, e-docs, claims, and follow up on cancellations and reconciliations.
  • Process endorsements online, manage policy endorsements, and ensure follow-up.
  • Support workflow by assisting in meeting criteria and helping team members.
  • Manage email correspondence, provide backup for mail handling, and monitor policy renewals and payments.
  • Coordinate manual endorsements and follow-ups, and work cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and prospects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with digital tools, mobile applications, and desktop applications like MS Office.
  • Embrace new technologies, participate in training, and adapt to change.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED with 2-3 years related experience or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of insurance is helpful.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment; experience with Epic, SinglePoint, Atlas, and MSB’s preferred but not required.
Physical Demands

Typical office environment requirements include using hands for handling, reaching, talking, and hearing. Occasional standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Close vision needed.
