The Cincinnati Insurance Companies in Gilbert, Arizona, seeks an underwriting trainee in our Personal Lines department, starting in June 2027. The pay rate is $33.65 per hour, which converts to about $70,000 annually after training.

Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on performance. After training, trainees provide underwriting support and service to agencies in an assigned territory and contribute to profitability by cultivating relationships

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of insurance-related work experience with an AINS designation.

Our Personal Lines department is currently seeking candidates for an underwriting trainee for our Gilbert, Arizona location starting in June 2027.

The pay rate for this position is $33.65 hourly. The hourly pay rate will convert to $70,000 annually upon successful completion of training. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

After completing training, underwriters provide underwriting support and service to agencies in an assigned territory and contribute to our company's profitability by:

• a bachelor’s degree
