Our Personal Lines department is currently seeking candidates for an underwriting trainee for our Gilbert, Arizona location starting in June 2027.

The pay rate for this position is $33.65 hourly. The hourly pay rate will convert to $70,000 annually upon successful completion of training. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
