Hiverecruiter in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Underwriter to build and grow a book of business by underwriting new and renewal personal lines risks on-site.

The role involves developing agency relationships, executing marketing strategies, evaluating, quoting, and binding risks while managing coverage, pricing, and profitability; mentoring Associate Underwriters.

Formación

• 3+ years of personal lines underwriting experience; Excess & Surplus (E&S) experience preferred.
• Strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess complex risks and make sound underwriting decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Insurance license and designations such as CPCU or CIC preferred.
