What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Hire, train, and supervise a competent team of Processors to ensure efficient operations
- Review and process transactions including new business, renewals, and cancellations
- Liaise with various departments to support service center needs and policy management
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of requests and documentation
- Assist in cross-training staff to enhance team productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- More than 5 years of related insurance and leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make sound independent decisions and adapt to mentoring

- Associate’s degree and/or bachelor’s degree
