What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Review and process transactions including new business, renewals, and cancellations
- Liaise with various departments to support service center needs and policy management

- Assist in cross-training staff to enhance team productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- More than 5 years of related insurance and leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make sound independent decisions and adapt to mentoring

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
