What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Hire, train, and supervise a competent team of Processors to ensure efficient operations
  2. Review and process transactions including new business, renewals, and cancellations
  3. Liaise with various departments to support service center needs and policy management
  4. Ensure timely and accurate handling of requests and documentation
  5. Assist in cross-training staff to enhance team productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. More than 5 years of related insurance and leadership experience
  3. Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  5. Ability to make sound independent decisions and adapt to mentoring

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Associate’s degree and/or bachelor’s degree
  2. Experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with various levels of management
