Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New York is seeking a skilled client service professional to independently lead servicing activities for personal property and casualty accounts. You will review renewals, advise on coverage, obtain quotes, and coordinate billing and policy documents.

The role requires 3+ years of P&C experience, a Property & Casualty license, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. You will maintain accurate account details in EPIC, support carriers, and help deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service activities autonomously for most renewal-related tasks.
• Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes; determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations and obtain quotes via the comparative rater tool.
• Transact agency billing and obtain signed bindings; notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy and completeness; contract reviews.
• Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
• Prepare and send standard communications to clients and carriers using templates.

Position Summary

• Independently leads client service including ALL primary activities listed below. Acts autonomously on most decisions without guidance or direction AND delivers renewal messaging for most clients withinbookof business.
• Usesjudgment onmore manualrenewals to execute on service plan. Hasdeepunderstanding of markets to make informed recommendations to clients.
• May also perform activities in Other Responsibilities, butmajorityof day-to-day is spent in the Primary Activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Primary Activities (60% or more of time)

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote
• Review upcoming renewals anddeterminewhich accountswarrantremarket
• Make coverage recommendations
• Utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes
• Transact agency billing (where applicable)
• Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers
• Reviewsbinding documents for accuracy
• Contract Reviews
• Responsible for rounding out accounts and “Selling all of World”

Other Responsibilities, as applicable

• Setupandmaintainaccurateaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments,cancellationsand proofs of insurance
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, changerequest, etc.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable teammember
• Maybe responsible forpulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.

Work Experience

• 3+Years’experience in Personal Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understandingofinsurancecoverages.

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license

• Must be proficient in Excel (specifically Excel formulas,chartsand tables); Word, and other MS office Products.

Compensation

This position is located in New York. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $80,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. Physical Demands

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk.
