Position Summary

This position supports the Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Effectively managing a high volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication.
  • Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the markets, underwriting guidelines, submission procedures, and market appetites.
  • Reviewing all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Completing loss/claim analysis and summaries.
  • Coordinating expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • 3-7 years minimum Personal Lines Account Management experience required.
  • Property & Casualty License required.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
  • Able to work independently and enjoy team interaction.
  • Self-motivated, driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
