Personal Lines Senior Sales Executive

Senior Client Executives are responsible for prospecting, networking, and selling new personal lines business, while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters, and other industry professionals. This role also involves mentoring less experienced sales professionals, servicing high-profile accounts, and contributing to the sales team’s strategic direction.

Duties of a Senior Client Executive include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a Property & Casualty license and completing continuing education requirements.
  • Understanding and adhering to the Cross Basic Procedure Manual & Workflow Manual.
  • Understanding and following the Personal Lines Workflow Manual.
  • Accurately documenting activities in agency management and sales systems.
  • Using only approved Action Codes in AMS 360.
  • Meeting annual sales goals.
  • Following up on open suspenses daily.
  • Servicing and selling personal insurance products to prospective and existing clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with company personnel, including underwriters, marketing representatives, service centers, and claims representatives.
  • Providing quality customer service to clients and prospects.
  • Staying informed on new insurance products and market trends.
  • Analyzing insurance coverage and policy forms.
  • Demonstrating strong written, oral, and phone communication skills.
  • Organizing, prioritizing, and maintaining work schedules.
  • Possessing working knowledge of AMS360, Microsoft Office Suite, ACORD forms, and quoting platforms.
  • Presenting, educating, and closing sales on personal lines insurance products.
  • Using lead and target lists to establish contacts and schedule appointments.
  • Meeting with prospects and soliciting referrals from existing clients.
  • Proven ability to network and generate leads.
  • Conducting sales presentations aimed at closing insurance sales.
  • Achieving a strong quote-to-close ratio on comprehensive accounts.
  • Mentoring less experienced sales professionals.
  • Servicing key high-profile accounts.
  • Collaborating with leadership on sales strategy.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
