Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a call center environment.
  • Process endorsement requests and secure carrier pricing.
  • Manage and follow up on account documentation.
  • Maintain communication with insurance carriers.
  • Provide additional information to underwriters as needed.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and related documents.
  • Process lost policy releases and correspondence.
  • Perform duties and projects as assigned.
  • Manage agency systems to ensure accurate revenue recording.
  • Support sales activities, including policy rating and data entry.
  • Engage in personal and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus.
  • 1+ year experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency with current technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and software.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail with good time management.
