Salem Five Bank seeks a Regional Manager for Personal Lines to lead recruitment, strategy, and development across multiple offices in Massachusetts. The role focuses on driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong relationships with carriers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years in Personal Lines management, a bachelor’s degree, and preferred CPCU/CIC designations, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Staff management responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraisal performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelors’ Degree or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPCU or CIC designations preferred but not required. Minimum of 7 years Personal Lines Management experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and various rating programs required. Experience in EPIC/Applied Agency Management System preferred but not required. Ability to perform effectively in an environment where confidentiality, maturity, sound judgment, initiative, and professionalism are required.
MA P&C license required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
