Job summary

NavSav is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in one of our Florida offices. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with access to 150+ carriers, offering uncapped commissions and a strong support network to help you succeed.

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, and umbrella policies, handling inquiries, meeting monthly quotas, and leveraging referrals and marketing to expand

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good operational computing skill; 45+ WPM.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries about products and availability.
• Familiarize with products, services and systems; participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objections
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives
• Utilizing multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
