Job summary

NavSav Holdings LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in our Spring, Texas office. The role emphasizes relationship building, selling auto, home, and other lines, and leveraging a broad carrier network for competitive advantage.

The ideal candidate will hold a P&C license, have sales experience, and demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and independent work skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Property and Casualty license.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM with MS Office.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products and objections.
• Familiarize with products, services and systems; participate in agency training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following set processes.
• Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives.
• Use multiple resources such as inbound/outbound calls, referral partners, marketing and social media.

Responsibilities
