Job summary

Jobot in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Producer to help drive new business growth at a local office. This role offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 per year plus uncapped commissions and a benefits package.

You will establish relationships with clients, cross-sell lines (auto, home, motorcycle, umbrella), respond to inquiries, and work toward monthly sales quotas with coaching and training from the agency.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good operational computing skill; typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office, browsers).
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and products.
• Become familiar with products, services and systems; participate in training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our processes.
• Contribute to goals through promoting new business and cross-selling.
• Utilize multiple resources to ensure success (inbound/outbound calls, referrals, marketing, social media).
