Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Personal Lines Producer in New Orleans to drive new business growth within a growing independent agency. The role offers uncapped commissions, a strong base, and comprehensive benefits as part of a multi-state network.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, selling Auto/Home/other lines, and meeting monthly quotas while leveraging training and multiple channels to expand the book of business.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license is required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computing skills including Microsoft Office and fast typing (45+ WPM).
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to meet monthly sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objections.
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes.
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives.
• Utilize multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.
