Personal Lines Producer - Remote WA (Biotech)

Location: Remote within WA. Our Producers work remotely, but they must reside in the corresponding State or region.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new personal lines business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Assess the insurance needs of prospective and existing clients to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Explain policy options, coverages, exclusions, and pricing clearly and accurately.
  • Support retention efforts by providing outstanding client service and conducting regular policy reviews.
  • Proactively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
  • Present, explain, and recommend plan designs that align with the clients budget, goals, and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate client needs and develop comprehensive employee benefits strategies.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality with client information and agency data.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines products.
  • Ensure all client records, applications, and communications are accurately documented in the agency management system.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Licensing: Active property and casualty required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Knowledge of common personal insurance products (e.g., home, auto, renters, umbrella).
