Job summary

Massachusetts Medical Society, through its AI subsidiary, seeks a Personal Lines Producer in Waltham. You will drive revenue growth by serving healthcare providers and related markets, coordinating with the team on new business, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities, while delivering exceptional client service and risk-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Massachusetts Property and Casualty license required within 90 days; Life, Accident & Health license required within an agreed period.
• Proven track record managing a book of business of at least $600,000 in revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual revenue goals aligned with company targets.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand needs and uncover opportunities.
• Generate proposals and negotiate premiums with carriers to ensure client satisfaction and revenue targets.
• Build strong client relationships to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
• Delegate tasks to CSRs to focus on revenue-generating activities.
• Provide ongoing personalized support and strategic advice to clients.
• Coordinate with MMS finance for billing and reporting processes.
• Proactively renewals planning and assess changing client needs.
• Maintain CRM records and client interactions for analytics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new products.
