Jacobs Insurance Solutions in Grapevine, TX is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to build and maintain profitable relationships with personal lines clients while expanding the book of business through new client acquisition. You will identify opportunities, communicate with clients in person and online, present policy options, and help bind coverage with top carriers.

This role features uncapped commissions and a strong focus on service and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• License required prior to employment or obtained through Pearson VUE.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal, life and commercial insurance opportunities.
• Communicate with clients in person, online, over the phone, and in writing.
• Build long-term relationships through follow-ups, timely quotes, and excellent service.
• Round accounts and network to gain new business.
• Process quotes, bind coverage, and handle supporting documents (photos, inspections, etc.).
• Present policy options and educate clients on coverage and rates.
