What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall product portfolio and life cycles for personal lines insurance
- Evaluate and analyze various types of catastrophic risks using statistical methods

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related area (Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressively responsible product management experience
- Strong knowledge of product and project management, underwriting, and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in business and technical writing with strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with catastrophe models for insurance pricing and underwriting
- Proficiency in RMS and AIR Worldwide modeling software
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and tools like Power BI
