AAA Western and Central New York is seeking an Insurance Account Advisor for Personal Lines in Buffalo. The role focuses on managing client relationships, issuing and renewing policies, and supporting new business development while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include educating clients on coverage options, processing applications, and coordinating with carriers. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a stable schedule in a full-time on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Must obtain NYS P&C license in active status.
• Working knowledge of carrier offerings and requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events as required by business need.

Responsibilities

• 35% Client Management: serve as the primary contact for personal lines clients, maintaining relationships and handling inquiries and policy changes.
• 30% Policy Management: issue and renew policies, process applications and payments, and maintain detailed records.
• 20% Sales Support & New Business: identify cross-sell opportunities, support quoting and onboarding, and write new personal lines business when appropriate.
• 15% Quality & Control: ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
