As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and retaining an assigned book of personal lines accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their coverage needs are met, renewals are handled seamlessly, and client relationships remain strong. This role requires excellent communication skills, insurance expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service that drives client satisfaction and retention.
Client Management & Retention
Manage day-to-day needs of assigned personal lines accounts, including policy changes, invoicing, and coverage reviews.
Maintain appropriate coverage for clients, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to client inquiries.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
Renewals & Marketing
Facilitate the renewal process by gathering information, securing terms, and delivering options in advance of effective dates.
Conduct remarketing as needed, including online rating, applications, and carrier communications.
Business Growth & Collaboration
Contribute to agency growth by cross-selling and upselling within the existing book of business.
Follow established workflows and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery.

Experience with AMS360 is a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ personal insurance experience.
Active Property & Casualty license required.
Professional insurance designations (CIC, CISR, etc.) preferred but not required.
Demonstrated knowledge of personal lines underwriting and coverage.
Familiarity with carrier rating systems.
