Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Solid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work independently.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance quotes to prospective and existing clients
• Review and analyze client exposures, determine & recommend appropriate coverage
• Assist clients with policy and claims-related questions
• Process endorsements, review renewal policies, and report claims
• Foster strong relationships with clients
• Maintain account retention
• Rounding accounts
• Prepare insurance documents including RMV forms & proof of insurance
• Assist customers with claims
