Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced insurance professional to lead client service and renewal activities for personal property and casualty accounts. You will evaluate exposures, propose coverage changes, and handle billing, with strong attention to detail and timely communication.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, solid Excel/Word skills, and proven ability to manage renewals and document workflows within EPIC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Functional knowledge of Excel; proficient in Word and other MS Office products.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations; transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details in EPIC; process renewals and endorsements.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC; initiate endorsements and invoices.
