Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support a growing book of business. You will build relationships, stay organized, and deliver high-level service to clients.

Work closely with the Personal Lines Manager to ensure a smooth, responsive client experience and help drive coverage reviews, policy changes, and claims support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of personal lines or commercial experience in an independent agency (strongly preferred)
• Experience with comparative rating tools
• Experience with AMS 360 preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills

About the Role
We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and support a growing book of business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and delivering a high level of service to clients.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and be a key part of ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for our clients.
