Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing agency and support a diverse book of business.

You will work with the Personal Lines Manager to deliver a high level of service, maintain relationships, and ensure smooth client experiences through coverage reviews, policy changes, and billing assistance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of personal lines or commercial experience in an independent agency (strongly preferred).
• Experience with comparative rating tools.
• Experience with AMS 360 preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and support a growing book of business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and delivering a high level of service to clients.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and be a key part of ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for our clients.
