GoAuto Insurance is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent for our New Orleans team. This floater role will be based mainly at the Metairie location with travel to other offices as needed.

Base pay currently falls between $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, with a full benefits package including a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and paid time off. The position focuses on personal lines auto insurance for a single carrier, with no cold calling and customer-driven inquiries.

Qualifications

• License to sell personal lines insurance is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, writing, and servicing personal auto insurance policies for new and existing clients.
• Educate and advise clients on what best fits their needs.
• Answer phones and assist walk-in clients; support office operations across departments.
• Meet and exceed production and sales goals through product education and retention.
