Job summary

Pryor Associates Executive Search is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a High Net Worth book in our Hauppauge, Long Island office. You’ll own the full lifecycle from submissions to issuance, and work with top carriers and wholesalers.

You will join a collaborative team and handle renewals, client reviews, and back-end support while leveraging your HNW experience and licensing to service complex accounts with precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in High Net Worth personal lines.
• Property & Casualty license in good standing.
• Direct experience with leading HNW carriers: Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, Berkley One.
• Experience placing hard-to-place Excess & Surplus Lines through wholesale brokers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the judgment to make independent decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned High Net Worth personal lines book of business.
• Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing and rating.
• Handle applications, binders, and the binder process through policy issuance.
• Produce coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, and certificates.
• Prepare and conduct client renewal reviews.
• Provide back-up support to fellow Account Managers as part of a collaborative team.

• Handle applications, supplemental forms, binders, and the binder process through policy issuance
• Produce coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, and certificates
• Prepare and conduct client renewal reviews
• Provide back-up support to fellow Account Managers as a member of a collaborative team

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in High Net Worth personal lines
• Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing
