Job summary

Signers National, a leading insurance platform, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to nurture and grow trusted client relationships in New York.

You will review policies for accuracy, handle endorsements and renewals, respond to client inquiries, assist with claims, and coordinate with carriers and underwriters to secure value for clients. A valid P&C license and Applied Epic experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
• Valid P&C insurance license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with carriers and underwriters.
• Applied Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with personal lines clients.
• Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps; provide recommendations.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on coverage.
• Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met.
• Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic.
• Support account retention through proactive communication and relationship management.
