Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned personal lines clients.
Respond to client questions regarding coverage, billing, policy changes, and service requests.
Assist clients through policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other account activities.
Support clients during the claims process by providing guidance and follow-up assistance.
Prepare and manage policy renewals to ensure a seamless client experience.
Review policies for accuracy and communicate coverage updates clearly and professionally.
Identify opportunities to improve coverage and strengthen client retention.
Help clients make informed decisions about their insurance program.
Partner with the Personal Lines Sales Team to support new business opportunities.
Manage new business opportunities from initial contact through policy binding.
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional coverage solutions.
Contribute to agency retention, growth, and service goals.
Work closely with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain policy information, endorsements, and coverage solutions.
Partner with teammates to deliver exceptional service and support agency objectives.
Assist with complex client situations and collaborate on solutions that best serve our clients.
Must hold a current North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License
Strong understanding of personal insurance products, policy forms, endorsements, and coverage options.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with agency management systems and standard business technology.
Experience working within an independent insurance agency.
Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
