King Risk Partners, LLC in Reading, MA is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for a full-time, hybrid role. You will manage personal lines (auto, homeowners) and handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and submissions with a focus on accuracy and client service.

• Active Property & Casualty license (required).
• 2–5 years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional insurance education or designations a plus.
• Bilingual - Spanish Speaking strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a book of Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance business, including auto, homeowners, and related coverages.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites accurately and within required timeframes.
• Track policy expirations and work proactively to ensure timely renewals.
• Gather and analyze underwriting information, including applications, questionnaires, and loss runs.
• Prepare complete and accurate submissions, including ACORD applications and supplemental forms.
• Market accounts to carriers, perform online rating as needed, and assist with coverage comparisons.
• Bind coverage and ensure compliance with carrier requirements and applicable regulations.
• Review issued policies for accuracy and request corrections when necessary.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented service.
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity notes in the agency management system.
• Stay current on personal lines products, carrier guidelines, and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a fulltime position for our Reading, MA location working a hybrid schedule.

M-F 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 annually

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

Required:
