Job summary

InsuranceHub in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a dynamic Personal Lines Account Executive. You will build relationships with pre-qualified clients, sell home, auto, umbrella, boat and RV policies, and leverage our training program to hit initial targets.

With a Property & Casualty license and 1–2 years of P&C experience, you will use MS Office and CRM tools to manage leads, quotes, and proposals. We provide robust coaching and a generous base with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of P&C insurance experience.
• Hold a Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Driven to succeed independently but works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers.
• Engage mortgage brokers, real estate agents and financial planners to generate referrals.
• Use expertise to navigate carrier options and build client trust.
• Follow up effectively to convert prospects into loyal customers.
