The Hartford in Hartford, CT is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to support Personal Insurance Product Management across multiple states. You will analyze data, deliver insights and help drive growth and profitability across distribution channels.

In this role, the Personal Insurance Product Analyst assists the Product Management Regional Team on a variety of activities and projects across several states in the region. Examples include participation in rate revisions, performance deep dives into a state’s results, responding to compliance-related items, or assisting a cross-functional team to advance Personal Insurance strategic initiatives. In addition to working closely with the Region Lead and his/her team of Product Managers and other Product Analysts, the Personal Insurance Product Analyst will have opportunities to collaborate with a wide range of other functional areas.

Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
