Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, including trial preparation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with day-to-day handling of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, with a focus on trial preparation.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation from intake through resolution.
• Draft correspondence, authorizations, discovery materials, and other legal documents.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records and case-related materials.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and other case parties with professionalism and care.
• Assist with pleadings, litigation support, and active trial preparation.
• Track treatment progress, damages, and case developments to help drive files forward efficiently.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure strong follow-through on all open items.
