Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and PIP cases is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload
• Strong writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
• Trial experience or a strong interest in developing trial skills is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the legal process
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings as needed
